Before and After Door Replacement – Removal of Smiling Door – Moisture and Rotted Damage – Garage Door Installed
For this job we did a door replacement that involved removing and disposal of an older wooden door. The door was so heavily rotted and suffered from water damage throughout the years. The installers are able to detect when a door is classified as a “Smiling Door” (when the edges of the door create a gap on either side from the constant pulling) that can happen overtime when moisture builds. A couple solutions for this problem can include installing a new door or installing a new bottom panel.
