You can see that there is a belt sagging from the picture. It is hard to tell right away that the center bearing plate let go. There is drywall damage that has been torn away roughly.

During repairing of the garage door assembly. These fasteners are colored in red to let the homeowner know that they are serious and should not be adjusted.

You can see loose fasteners that are about to fall out. You can also see the backing that has cracked. There are wood shreds and plastic belt drive shavings all around the bearing plate. This is the evidence that the belt is in rough shape.

After repairs have been completed. You can see there is new backing that the technician repaired.

Repairs that are completed. You can see the trolley rail has been replaced with a full eight foot T-Bar that is all one piece. The belt is brand new and the garage door system is now ready for operation.

Proper Replacement of Liftmasters belt drive trolley rail. You can see that the belt has been properly adjusted and aligned. This trolley is a superiour piece of equipment that was originally installed.

Before repairs are made you can see the drywall damage and the belt all thrashed. This is a no go situation. You need to call us at 604-940-8918 to arrange repairs.

You can see the belt that excessive damage. If you see your belt has extreme sagging then there is a issue with your garage door that needs to be attended too.
