Garage filled with excess material, requiring a slight tidy before install

You can see in the picture that the garage was filled with a excess amount of material around the operator. The technician was unable to walk around the area safely, there was also a rat infestation. A few minutes spent cleaning resulted in a very professional install with no issues. The technician was able to reach all the areas with ease and was in no danger from falling items. A clean garage is something every home owner should ensure is kept up. Especially in a emergency it is essential that you can navigate your garage without falling down.

Old Stanley Motor Replaced with New LiftMaster™ Belt Drive Operator

During this booked service call, an old Stanley™ garage door operator was determined that it was installed over twenty five years ago. Over the years the gear box in the operator lasted and performed as expected. In the last month the operator started to leak oil and the operator started to not open and close properly. With a discussion it was determined that the 25 year old motor was needed to be replaced with a new Genie™ Belt Drive.
