LiftMaster™ Chain Drive Garage Door Opener Install

With this service call our customer called in detailing that they were having problems with their opener.  During the phone call they thought it was probably time to replace it. When we arrived on site we diagnosed that they did in fact need a new motor.   The LiftMaster™ 8165 chain drive opener was chosen as the replacement model. During the upgrade of their opener to the LiftMaster™ 8165 Chain Drive model was installed with 2 remotes and a seven foot long rail. This service call also required a few minutes of labor to correct the garage door pickup bracket.  Our technician also programmed new LiftMaster™ remotes for our customers ease of operation. Once the opener was installed and the remotes programed we provided our customer with our general service maintenance package.

General Service Package

When installing a door or opener for any customer we always provide general service to the door and opener making sure everything is in optimal working condition.   Our general service package consists of  making sure that everything is balanced and aligned accordingly to the doors manufacturers specifications, while tightening the fasteners and the lubrication of all the bearings and gears.  This general service package is a bi-yearly service that is usually carried out during seasonal changes.
