With this install we were working with removing our customers old wood door and installing a new Therma Tech T128 Insulated Steel Door in brown. This was a good choice for our customers house as the brown really stands out nicely to give the house a nice overall finished look. As you can see in the before picture our customers garage door was starting to lose its color so it was time for an upgrade. With the door we also included perimeter weather stripping which adds extra insulation through the colder months. Once we had the new garage door installed and everything was balanced and adjusted accordingly we reconnected our customers opener for them and testing the safety features for smooth operation before leaving site.
Short vs Long Panels
There are a few options available for you when choosing a garage door panel design. The short panels, as you can see in the before picture can make a door look very busy. While a longer panel (Ranch Style) is relaxing and can make a door look wider.
