Spring Change in Central Surrey

With this service call we were working with a  broken spring that our customer had called in. In this case we only had to do a single spring change because there was only one spring to replace. As you can see in the before picture the spring had separated and made a clear break which was what was causing the trouble  opening and closing the garage door. This here is a perfect example of a broke spring and a replaced spring as you can see clearly which one is damaged and can now tell what a broken spring looks like. Once we had the new spring installed we also provided our customer with a general service at no charge which included balancing the door and adjusting the spring tension while finishing the job with testing the safety system for smooth operation before leaving site.
