Double Spring Change in Tsawwassen

With this service call we had our customer call in saying that he was unable to get his door open. When we got to site we took a look and could see that they had a broken spring. As you can see in the picture the spring had snapped and that was what was causing the door not to open. Once we took the old spring down and installed the new one we provided our customer with a general service before leaving site. This included adjusting the tracks on the door and adjusting the motor as well as checking the overall balance of the door, while finishing the job with lubing the bearings and rollers and testing the safety system before leaving site.
