16 x 7’9″ Double Garage Door Tsawwassen

This new house under construction in Tsawwassen has a 16 x 7’9″ double garage door. An Amarr Lincoln 3000 will be installed with a LiftMaster 8500W Jackshaft opener.

Above is the Amarr door we installed. It is the Lincoln 3000 model and is an insulated door. There are long panel glass windows down one side and the glass used is an insulated frosted glass. The insulated frosted glass windows are double pane. We also insall perimeter weather stripping that also helps to insulate the garage.

In these pictures you can see how the tracks run along the ceiling. If you need to optimize all the space of your garage this would be the best option when choosing an opener.
