This Delta homeowner called us out for a service call because their door wouldn’t close. As you can see in these two photo’s, the safety photo eyes are blocked and the other one is aiming up. They need to be aligned to work properly. If you have this problem and need it shut immediately, you can hold down the wall station button until it closes.

Here you can see our technician has removed the tape that was blocking the sensor, re-aligned them and tightened the bracket.
