He then performed a full garage door service. The service was friendly and very professional – he was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with advice on how to properly maintain the door. Just wanted to thank you again for the excellent service/repair work Norman did on our garage door. My father returned this week and he is happy to see his garage door fixed.

Through an Internet search, I located a company to service my residential garage door. Immediately upon arrival the service technician tried to convince me that I required several major components replaced. I did not feel comfortable with his approach or attitude and sent him away. I then contacted several other firms, who either turned out to be part of the same group whom I had earlier turned away, or other companies who required a significant call out fee. I then contacted Access Garage Doors – what a breath of fresh air!! They are a family owned business and their telephone customer service was very professional and reassuring. They were able to dispatch their son, Darren, within the hour and do not charge a call out fee.

We are so impressed with our new garage door and also for the fact that your email stated that you would be here at 9:00 this morning to install it and you were. We are so grateful to Darren for coming so soon after our phone call, and getting the garage door up so we could get the car out of the garage, and for securing the damaged door to the frame so no one could get inside.
