New Construction Clopay Bridgeport
This is a New Construction installation with a Clopay Bridgeport Collection garage door. It is the model number BD1EU and is in the colour charcoal. It has a plain long top section with insulated frosted glass. Also, standard lift hardware and 12″ radius track was used. We also include the installation of perimeter weather stripping to make a tight seal to combat the weather and rodents, etc.
A LiftMaster 85oo BU was also installed with this new construction Clopay Bridgeport installation. The LiftMaster 8500 is a jackshaft opener and is used most commonly for a high lift door. A high lift door opens fully the full height of the garage, therefore leaving no room for an opener to be installed overhead. The jackshaft opener is mounted on the wall so is always used with a high lift door. The LiftMaster 8500 comes with a battery back up and we also install your digital entry and supply remotes, which we will include in our quote if needed.
