This homeowner in Surrey called us for a service call. His garage door has just a bit of a slant to it.

Here you can see what it looks like from the inside. That gap that is there is allowing many unwanted things in. Rodents, weather, debris, and anything else can get in there.

You can see the roller on the one side of the door is completely out of the track.

Here is the reason for the whole issue. The track was hit and got bent. This caused the whole door to slant and caused the rollers to come out of the track on the other side of the door.

Our technician was able to unbend the track to allow the rollers on each side to safely guide the door open and close.
