Track bolt that has been tightened

Loose connecting track bolt that has not been tightened fully. You can see scratched on the head of the bolt where the rollers are clicking / rubbing along. This bolt requires some torque to press it close against the track. You can see it’s brother has no scratches, as it has been tightened more.
