Delta Garage Door Center Bearing Plate Fasteners Released Unexpectedly

You can see that there is a belt sagging from the picture. It is hard to tell right away that the center bearing plate let go. There is drywall damage that has been torn away roughly.

You can see loose fasteners that are about to fall out. You can also see the backing that has cracked. There are wood shreds and plastic belt drive shavings all around the bearing plate. This is the evidence that the belt is in rough shape.

Before repairs are made you can see the drywall damage and the belt all thrashed. This is a no go situation. You need to call us at 604-940-8918 to arrange repairs.

You can see the belt that excessive damage. If you see your belt has extreme sagging then there is a issue with your garage door that needs to be attended too.
