Broken Cable resulting in gaps in the lower portion of the door. When a cable is broken or damaged stretching will most likely occur in the cable so you should see light peer underneath the door when it is shut.
After Cable replacement, you can see the shiny new cable that is wound around the garage doors right drum.
Cable that has been damaged. This cable has been damaged and will need to be replaced for the door to raise properly.
Double Spring Change. These old springs will need to be replaced with new springs so the old wood door can be lifted again without needing to call Arnold Schwarzenegger.
