Richmond Door Cable Issue caused door to jam sideways

You can see the door is being pulled up higher on the left side. This is due to the cable on the right being not properly on the drum. This is a serious issue: I would recommend calling us at: 604-890-8918 and we can talk to you about fixing your door that is not working.
