Loose Fasteners and Missing Hinge Fasteners caused a Roller to damage in Vancouver

Hinge Showing a Fasteners that has fallen out and it’s brothers and sisters not far behind. This hinge requires a new fastener and a re-tightening of the current ones.

Single Spring with .262 wire (blue spring) that will be replaced with two yellow single springs. This conversion will make the door less dangerous as the torque will be translated over two springs and not from a single point. The door will travel more smoothly during it’s lifting / closing cycles.
