Vancouver Garage motor requiring new Ceiling Re-Mounting

Vancouver Garage door motor fell from ceiling mounting after being mounted for thirty years.  A technician arrived on site to see that the garage door motor was being rested on a set of car tires with control panel wiring holding everything upright from falling on the ground.  You will see in the picture that the motor was mounted originally thirty years ago using a wooden base plate as a ceiling mount.  With inspection it was discovered that fresh fasteners needed to be relocated so the operator would be safe and secure for future operations.   In a few minutes the operator was rehung and put back into working operation.  The garage door was also given a through examination after the operator was remounted.  The garage door also required a couple hinges that were fatigued from use over the years.
