Clopay Garage Door Installed in Ladner

With this Ladner / Delta install our customer had already had their previous garage door removed, that would mean a new door and motor can easily be installed. Our customer chose to go with the Clopay model 4310 in a black finish. Because of the color of our customers house the black color was a excellent choice as it made the trim of the house look a very fresh finishing touch. Our customer also chose to have a glass top section with the door installed. Having glass is a common choice that customers make out of have the need for extra light in the garage.  Frosted glass (satin etch) is also a common choice because it makes it so that people from the outside of the garage cannot see in through.

Once the door was installed our customer also chose to install a new garage door opener.  The LiftMaster™ 8355 Belt Drive Opener was a perfect fit for the new install.  The new motor was ordered with two remotes and a wireless digital entry; which allows access to the garage from the outside. Belt drive openers (Model 8355) have been designed to operate at a very quiet sound range. After the automatic garage door opener and door were installed a necessary lubrication of all the bearings, gears and trolley (other wise known as a tbar or a boom). While finishing the job with a through testing the safety system for smooth operation before leaving site.
