Downtown Port Moody T118 Install

With this install our customer originally had 2 wood doors that we removed and disposed before installing the new T118 Insulated Steel Doors in white. As you can see our customers garage doors where originally a blue color which didn’t really make the house stand out so switching to white was a good choice as a finishing touch to the overall look of the house. Our customer also chose to have a glass top section in the Stockton style which added a nice break up from having a solid white garage door. With the T118 we also included a 2″ Standard Lift Hardware as well as Perimeter Weather Stripping. This is something that we provide with all of our installs as part of the garage door.

Our customer also chose to upgrade their garage door opener to the 8355 Belt Drive Opener which came with 1 remote. The belt drive opener is one of the more quiet motors compared to the chain drive which is a bit more loud. Once we had the garage door and new opener installed we provided our customer with a general service, making sure the door is balanced and aligned properly as well as lubing the bearings and gears while finishing the job with testing the safety photo cells for smooth operation before leaving site.
