With this service call our customer was working with an old garage door opener from 1993. When we got to site we could see that the opener needed to be replaced and was most likely what was causing the issues for our customer. Once we had removed their old motor we then installed the new 8355 Liftmaster Belt Drive Opener and digital entry that our customer also requested which is the long panel on the outside of the garage door that opens up to enter your code for additional security. Once we had the digital entry and new opener installed we also programmed all remotes for our customer as well as provided a general service to our customers garage door at no cost to make sure that everything was balanced and aligned accordingly finishing the job with testing the safety features and lubrication the bearings and spring.
