Double Spring Change in Tsawwassen

With this service call we were working with a double spring change. Our customer called in saying that they were having troubles opening their garage door and that it seemed to be stuck. When we got to site we saw the problem right away. As you can see in the before picture the spring had separated close to the middle of the spring. Once the new spring was installed and adjusted accordingly we provided a general service at no charge to our customers garage door. This included balancing of the door, tightening the fasteners, lubricating the bearings and rollers, while finishing up the job with testing the safety system for smooth operation.
