Damaged Bottom Seal in Delta / Ladner
Bottom seal problems in Ladner caused our customers 2006 Craftsman garage door opener to not lift the door properly. When we arrived at site we noticed that they had a damaged retainer which had a bent that took that doors alignment off. The picture below will illustrate the damage that was on the retainer. The technician removed the damaged retainer then installed a new one for it’s replacement. Once the new bottom seal was installed we also made sure everything else was adjusted and working properly. Our maintenance package is always applied to all our service calls which involves lubrication of the bearings and rollers, balancing the door by adjusting the springs tension. The service call ends with a through testing of the safety system leaving our customer confident with our work before leaving site.
