General Service Call in Ladner

With this service call we were dealing with a customer that was unable to open his door as it had been backed into. This is something that actually happens quite often and can sometimes cause more damage if left unattended. When the garage door was hit it happened to damage a strut and come off the tracks a bit. We were able to supply our customer with a new strut as well as balancing the door by adding more tension to the springs,  adjusted the operator chain, and tightening all fasteners. Once everything was adjusted and tightened we finished the job with the lubrication of all hinges, rollers and bearings.  The service technicians also assure that the safety system is in perfect working order before leaving the site.
